Bernie Cassell is the Skill Development Coach for the NHL's New York Islanders. Bernie is a former NCAA All American and Minor League Professional Player. As a coach and instructor he has worked with all levels of youth hockey from learn to play through Junior A. He has worked with the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, and men's and woman's teams at the NCAA Division I and Division III levels. Bernie has also worked with professional teams in the European Elite Leagues, The American Hockey League, and The National Hockey League.
Bernie brings a dynamic skill set and teaching method to his practices. Young hockey players all over the world have benefitted from his skill development sessions.
